Delivery of goods
1. The shop undertakes to indicate the delivery time next to each product, if the supplier of the product provides data on the time of receipt of the product. In the event of a failure with the delivery, the Store undertakes to contact the Customer and find the best solution.
2. The Customer undertakes to pay attention to the specified delivery term and apply to the Store only if 24 hours have passed since the end of the delivery term.
3. When ordering the goods, the customer undertakes to indicate the place of delivery of the goods and the person who will accept the goods.
4. The customer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that he is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods have been delivered to the specified address and on the basis of other data provided by the Customer, the Customer shall not have the right to make claims to the Store regarding delivery of goods to the wrong entity.
5. The customer, who has chosen to pick up the goods at the company's headquarters at the time of ordering (if there is a choice), must submit an identity document and a copy of the order. The store, in turn, undertakes to call the Customer when the product is ready.
6. Goods ordered in the Store are delivered in the following ways:
1) Courier services
2) Omniva post machines
7. After selecting the Omniva ATMs service, you will have the opportunity to select the most suitable or closest Omniva ATM from the list (if there is no such selection, the product will be sent to the nearest ATM).8. If the goods do not fit in the Omniva ATM, then the goods are sent via courier service.
9. In cases when upon receipt of the goods the Customer notices that the consignment does not contain a suitable goods, the Customer must immediately inform the Store about it.
10. Deadline for dispatch of goods:
10.1 Pre-order- The supplier does not have the product in stock at the moment, but the estimated time of receipt of the goods, delivery may take up to 3 month.
10.2 Product in stock - Shipped within 24 hours from receipt of order.
10.3 Product not delivered- We cannot order the product or the product is not available.
10.4 7-15 Business Days- No later than 15 business days from the date of placing the order.
